Unfortunately all routes arrived in several places, therefore useless. I got a medium brown but curtains much to red. So when I buy them back I’ll choose a different color because I’m Brown and it doesn’t add up

Pencils came with a soft envelop, 2 out of 5 pencils were broken into 2 parts. Even though it still can be used, a better secure packing is required.
